You will be a resource for less experienced technicians, demonstrating advanced troubleshooting skills and providing quality workmanship. This role requires a deep understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform advanced plumbing repairs, including pipe replacements, sewer line repairs, and intricate fixture installations.
• Install and maintain various types of water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex drainage and venting systems.
• Accurately interpret blueprints and specifications for complex installations.
• Ensure all work complies with local, provincial/state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Technicians and Apprentices.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly.
• Accurately document all work performed, including materials used and time spent.
